Electric control box is widely used in AC 50HZ, power system below 500V as fire pump control, submersible sewage pump control, fire blower control, fan control, lighting distribution control, etc., in the installation of the following 10 standard steps operating.

(1) First of all, it must be ensured that the mechanical part of the electric device has been commissioned and can work normally. For the commissioning of the mechanical part of the electric device, please refer to the relevant instruction manual.

(2) Install the control box you purchased as shown in the figure.

(3) Connect the terminals of the control box and the terminals of the electric device with the cable according to the electrical schematic attached to this manual. Input the control current at the terminals No. 10 and No. 11, connect the positive terminal to the No. 10 terminal, and the negative terminal to the No. 11 terminal. Connect an ammeter to terminals No. 8 and No. 9, with positive “+” connected to 8 and negative “-” connected to No. 9.

(4) Connect the three-phase power supply to the A, B, C, and N terminals.

(5) Manual adjustment: After confirming that the wiring is correct, turn on the power and check if the control box is set to “manual” status. If not, press the switch to set the control box to “manual” status. Turn the electric valve to approximately 50% opening with the handwheel. When the control box is first energized, press the valve to open the electric device. There are two possibilities for operation: one may be in the correct direction, the valve opening indicator will flash, the electric device will open until the full open position, and the valve open indicator is often bright. The opening display is automatically set to 100%. Press the valve to close the valve, the electric device is turned off, the valve off indicator light is flashing, the electric device is turned off until the fully closed position is stopped, the valve off indicator is always on, and the opening degree display is automatically set to 0%. Another possibility is to operate in the wrong direction. Although the valve opening indicator flashes, the electric device runs in the off direction until the fully closed position stops. In this case, there is no need to rush to change the power phase sequence because the regulated control box has a power phase sequence automatic logic correction function.

(6) Power phase sequence automatic logic correction function: When the actual running direction of the control box is running in the correct direction, let it run to the fully closed or fully open position. At this time, the control box automatically logic corrects the power phase sequence for 3 seconds. Correct opening and direction. The logic phase sequence correction function can only be used during the commissioning process. If the corresponding valve is important, it is recommended to manually adjust the phase sequence!

(7) Automatic operation: access the external control input signal, set the control box to “automatic” state, adjust the input signal, and the electric valve should be able to automatically operate according to the change of the input signal. At this point, the installation and commissioning of the control box and the electric device are completed.

(8) During the opening or closing operation of the electric device, pressing the stop button electric device will stop at this instant position. Pressing this button while the motor is at rest is muted.

(9) Each control box should be equipped with an air switch for power distribution.

(10) The control circuit of the electric equipment manufacturer is different, but different combinations of terminal wiring can be solved in this control box (order description).
