The 70 Series features on/off or adjustment control. The 70 Series electric actuators offer many advantages over other actuators, including: UL, CSA and CE certifications, terminal blocks that are not directly interfered with by other components, simple and unique. The manual hand wheel system, whose main function is mainly the stroke single-pole double-throw switch and camshaft adjustment.
Single-pole double-throw switch: Two single-pole, double-throw switches are provided as mechanical standards. These durable, high-quality switches are mechanically separated and electrically independent, and dedicated circuits eliminate any voltage crossover between the switches. This switch combination is used for the open and closed positions of the valve and the required valve stroke has only one cam in each direction. The Bree design provides the position between the synchronous motor control and the display. The switch is convenient to be free from interference from other components. Each switch is open or closed and the cam is color coded, green and red open to close, eliminating the possibility of incorrect wiring.
Camshaft adjustment: The design of the cam is a prominent feature of the 70 series. Each switch cam is steplessly adjustable through a finger touch or a screwdriver without special tools. Adjust the unique cam formed by the rotation of the knob. Each cam color coded – the red adjustment knob controls the red cam (off position), and the green knob controls the green cam (position). The standard factory setting allows 90° travel between open and closed positions.
