Reliable electronic systems, infrared settings, non-intrusive design and torque measurement (patented) are some of the features of the AVA/AVAT series of intelligent electric actuators in system design.
Reliable electronic system: The actuator's electronic system uses an advanced 32-bit embedded SOC chip, which not only has powerful computing power, but also integrates multi-function circuits. It encapsulates all the necessary electronic circuit components and electronic components together without the need for complicated wires, and has high reliability for electronic control.
Infrared setting: The AVA\AVAT series actuators use advanced infrared remote control technology (IrDA). The infrared setting tool can set and diagnose the actuator through the sealed indication window without removing the electrical cover. The communication distance between the setting tool and the window is within 0.75 meters. Infrared setting tools are instinctively designed for use in hazardous environments.
Non-invasive design: The AVA/AVAT series actuators are non-invasive. The field setup operation can be done by using the infrared setting tool without removing the cover. Therefore, the internal electrical control components are protected from contamination on site. The local operation design eliminates the need for a conventional drive shaft penetration control box and uses Hall magnetic sensor technology to control the actuator.
^ Torque Measurement (Patent): A patented torque measurement system ensures overload protection of the actuator and indicates torque changes via the LCD. The torque value of ^ is determined by the electronic signal converted from the motor shaft thrust reaction force transmitted by the torque sensor, which solves the problem of calculating the torque according to the power frequency, voltage and temperature change.
