Electric gate valves
Simple introduction
Z941H electric gate valve is mainly used for high and high pressure flange connection gate valve, suitable for 1000 nominal pressure PN 1. 6~16.0 MPa, working temperature -29℃~550℃in various systems of petroleum, chemical, hydraulic and thermal power stations, cut off or connect pipeline medium.Applicable medium: water, oil, steam, acid, alkali, ammonia, urea, natural gas containing sulfur, etc.Gate valve can be installed in the horizontal pipeline or vertical pipeline, single and double gate plate gate valve should be installed in the horizontal pipeline, and the hand wheel should be installed above the thousands of valves, not allowed to be installed downward, gate valve medium flow direction is not restricted, usually use flange connection, special occasions also useful welding connection.
For gate valves with large diameter and high pressure, the opening and closing torque is large, in order to reduce the opening and closing torque, the method of installing bypass valve can be adopted.Bypass valve installed on the outside of the main gate, the import and export and practise your connection, both sides of the main gate and unicom, main gate valve should be opened before opening by-pass valve, inlet valve, reduce the pressure difference between the main gate valve gate after the former, so as to reduce the main gate of the open torque, selection of by-pass valve diameter should be considered according to the main valve diameter and use requirement.
